Challenge:
The client was simultaneously hiring a large group of new employees and needed consistent welcome packs that would reach everyone on time, despite the scale of the order and a tight deadline.
Solution:
We put together welcome packs including a polo shirt, notebook, bottle or thermos, and a bag, along with a personalized welcome card — all packaged in a box consistent with the company's visual identity. We planned production and packing so the sets would arrive before the simultaneous onboarding of the larger group.
Effect:
New employees received a consistent, polished welcome set from day one, helping them identify with the company faster despite the large scale of recruitment.
